Death
I remember the day Jeani Barnard died. I had just began writing Guilty of Love. I was on page 50. Jeani never married, but she did have a young daughter who was Jeani’s world. Quietly, Jeani lived her final days in faith and spiritual strength. I don’t know all her desires to the Lord, but I do know she wanted to make it to Heather’s sixteenth birthday. God granted her that request then Jeani slipped away. Was 43 too young? For Heather and Jeani’s family-yes. For me, she got saved just in the nick of time.
